At the Academy we all strive to provide an environment which is relaxed and friendly yet at the same time professional. We hope that all our students will find their training with us both rewarding and enjoyable.
To ensure that all students are given the best opportunity possible to learn we would ask the following guidelines are adhered to:

The use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited. All phones must be switched off during the training course.

Be punctual.

Treat each other's and your Tutor with respect.

Any form of racism will not be tolerated,

Please refrain from the use of bad language.

Adequate time will be allowed for lunch - eating in the training area is not permitted at any other time. Please DO NOT bring hot food.

Smoking is not allowed in the training room.

Chewing gum is not permitted.

Please do not distract others by discussing matters not relating to the training course - they are paying to listen to the Tutor!

The Academy reserves the right to terminate the training of any student behaving in a disruptive manner towards others following two verbal warnings. Course fees will not be refunded under these circumstances.
If you cannot attend your course due to Illness' alternative dates will only be arranged.
